Within our Family Counselling Services we assess any current issues, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen the relationships by addressing underlying issues and fostering a supportive environment. Up to 2 people per session.

Within our Couple/Relationship Counselling Service we will discuss & explore the relationship, define needs of the relationship, and work towards building a stronger connection. Up to 2 people per session.

Couples/Relationship Counselling
First Reponder & Public Safety Personnel Counselling
In our First Responder & Public Safety Personnel Service we provide support and strategies to manage the unique stressors and trauma associated with emergency response work, helping individuals cope with their experiences and maintain mental well-being with the appropriate treatment. This includes: Police, Fire, EMS. Canadian Boarder Services Agency (CBSA), Corrections officers, Communications dispatchers, and call takers. Spouses, significant others, and adult children of first responders can also book in.
If you do not see your profession listed but are in a first responder or helping professional role, please contact us directly to discuss the services that are available to you.
We value all helping professionals, so please book an appointment to receive counselling and support.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured therapeutic approach used to help individuals heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. EMDR involves a series of guided eye movements while the patient focuses on specific memories, thoughts, or feelings. This process facilitates the processing and integration of traumatic memories, reducing their lingering emotional impact.

Mallery has over 14 years experience with healthcare and legal systems and is able to provide her support & expertise on how to navigate these challenging systems along with providing education on healthcare. These sessions emphasize the key pillars essential to building and maintaining mental health well-being. Evening & Weekend Appointments
If you attend evening sessions from 5:00pm or later, and including Saturday’s, please note that the door may be locked when you arrive. If this is the case, please email mallery@serenityandsoulhealing.com that you have arrived, and your counsellor will come and meet you at the front door when your session is ready to begin.
