Meet Mallery: Your Guide to Serenity and Soul Healing

With over 14 years of dedicated experience in healthcare, mental health, and addictions, Mallery is a compassionate and skilled healthcare provider specializing in supporting adults and families. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Justice and Social Work and a Master’s in Social Work, making her well-equipped to handle a range of issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction.

Mallery's expertise covers various areas, including domestic and interpersonal violence, mental health issues, brain injury (TBI and ABI), and addictions and substance use including recovery. Her extensive background in emergency crisis intervention and working with public safety personnel—including EMS, fire, communications workers and healthcare workers—highlights her deep understanding of the challenges faced by first responders including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She also provides support to the spouses, significant others, and adult children of first responders and public safety personnel as well as .

At Serenity and Soul Healing Therapy, Mallery creates a safe, calming, and connected environment for healing. She practices from a trauma-informed lens, integrating anti-oppressive, strengths-based, and narrative approaches. Using effective methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mallery helps clients build strength and resilience.

A Safe and Healing Space

At Serenity and Soul Healing Therapy, we strive to provide a unique space for our clients. We believe that providing an inclusive and safe environment is a huge part of the healing process.

We are located in the heart of Regina, SK at 2330 15th Avenue on the 3rd floor. Please note that for evening and weekend appointments, the front doors to the building may be locked. If this is the case, please email mallery@serenityandsoulhealing.com that you have arrived, and your counsellor will come and meet you at the front door when your session is ready to begin.
