Individual counselling are in-person, virtual or by phone. Couples/Relationships and Family counselling are in-person only.

What type of sessions do you offer?

We begin with taking some time to get to know you and your background. We dive into your therapy goals and ensure we are a good match to develop a plan moving forward.

What happens in the first session?

Yes, we offer direct billing for most insurance providers. However, please check with your insurance provider and us to confirm. We offer direct billing services to: Victim Services, NIHB, Canada Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, Greenshield, Chambers of Commerce and iA Financial Group. Please note that not all insurance companies cover 100% of the cost.

How long are sessions?

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length with 10 minutes at the end for documentation.

Yes. You are required to have a valid credit card on file in order to book each individual session; if cancelled/rescheduled prior to the 48 hours, you will not be charged.

Who’s included under First Responders and Public Safety Personnell ?

Police, Fire, EMS. Canadian Boarder Services Agency (CBSA), Corrections officers, Communications dispatchers & call takers. Spouses, significant others, and adult children of first responders can also book in. If you do not see your profession listed but are in a first responder or helping professional role, please contact us directly to discuss the services that are available to you. We value all professionals in the frontline and helping field. Support is always available.
